Open House Arts Festival at the Kennedy Center

As part of the Kennedy Center Prelude Festival, Washington, DC's top performing arts venue invites the whole family to an Open House Arts Festival on Saturday, September 16, 2006 from 12-7 p.m. The day includes two parades, at noon and 3 p.m. and more than 30 live performances.
