Annapolis Boat Shows

Thursday October 2, 2008
Each October, Annapolis hosts the two world’s largest boat shows--the Annapolis Sailboat Show featuring new sailboats and a separate event, the Annapolis Powerboat Show which is devoted to new powerboats. The Annapolis Boat Shows offer the opportunity for boaters to check out the latest and the best boats and accessories on the market.

Annapolis, the state capital of Maryland, is an easy day trip from Washington, DC. Annapolis is a fun place to explore, with lots of great museums, shopping, restaurants and breathtaking scenery. Check out this Annapolis, Maryland Visitor’s Guide and find out about the top attractions, places to dine on the Chesapeake Bay, and hotels and accommodations to stay for a weekend getaway.
