Fourth of July Fireworks in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia

Monday June 22, 2009
Washington DC is a spectacular place to celebrate July 4th with the colorful Independence Day Parade, a patriotic concert of the National Symphony Orchestra and one of America's largest fireworks displays on the National Mall. Washington DC’s monuments and the U. S. Capitol in the background, forms a beautiful and patriotic backdrop to America's Independence Day celebrations. This is a full day event with lots of family friendly activities to keep you busy.

If you prefer to spend the 4th of July at a smaller celebration, there are lots of fireworks displays nearby in Maryland and Virginia.
