Halloween Parties in Washington, DC

Halloween is not just for kids! The Washington, DC area has some great costume parties for adults ages 21 and over. So gather your friends and get creative and dress up for a night of fun and frolicking. One of Washington's biggest Halloween parties - SurrealDC Masquerade - takes place on the Georgetown waterfront and includes a costume contest, live entertainment and dancing.
