Tickets for the 2011 National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

Tickets for the 2011 National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony will be distributed via an online lottery which will be available beginning at 10:00 a.m. (EDT) on Thursday, November 3, 2011. Tickets for the event are free and will include 3,000 seats and 14,000 standing room tickets. The lighting ceremony for the National Christmas Tree will be held on on Thursday, December 1, 2011, at 5:00 p.m. on the Ellipse in Washington, DC. The holiday tradition marks the beginning of the four week Christmas Pageant of Peace. Read more about the National Christmas Tree and the Pageant of Peace.
