By July 25, 2012

Follow me on:

Jefferson Starship, the band that was created by Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Paul Kantner and headlined the original Woodstock Festival in 1969, will headline this year's Abbey Road on the River concert series in Washington, DC. Jefferson Starship will perform a special concert on Friday, August 31, 2012 at 8:30 p.m. The performance will take the audience back to the 1960's era of rock music when they perform their chart toppers like "Jane," "Somebody To Love," "Miracles," "White Rabbit," "Volunteers," "Count On Me," and many more.

For the third year in a row, Abbey Road on the River, the world largest Beatles inspired concert series, will give music fans a reason to "come together" to enjoy a variety of concerts performed on five indoor and outdoor stages on the banks of the Potomac River. Don't miss this great five day event that runs August 30-September 3, 2012. Read more about Abbey Road on the River in Washington DC.
