Actress Kathleen Turner will star in the Arena Stage premiere of Red Hot Patriot: The Kick-Ass Wit of Molly Ivins from August 23-October 28, 2012. Molly Ivins is a political news icon, a liberal from deep in the heart of Texas, who was a highly regarded columnist, satirist and activist. The play is based on her writings, interviews and speeches as well as through interviews with her friends and colleagues.
