The Bottom Line
Great food, extensive menu, nice atmosphere and reasonable prices.
Since the writing of this review, the Rockville restaurant has moved around the corner into a new space in the Rockville Town Center. The menu is slightly different, but the quality is similar. The atmosphere is more modern but it features hard surfaces that reflect the sound and make it more noisy.

Guide Review - Taste of Saigon Restaurant Review
Taste of Saigon has some of the best Vietnamese food in the area. Their specialty is a black-pepper sauce that is a perfect combination of spiciness and sweetness and can be served on a variety of meats and seafood: steak, shrimp, lobster, chicken or soft-shell crabs. Among other favorites are a lime-marinated steak, steamed whole rockfish with black beans and scallions, venison with curry and coconut sauce or braised lamb shank with spicy sauce. The menu includes over 100 dishes, including a range of noodle dishes and several of French origin.
