Laurel, Maryland celebrates the Fourth of July on July 7, 2012 with a full day of entertainment including a patriotic Independence Day parade, an antique car show, contests and live music, and a fireworks display. See Photos of the Laurel 4th of July Celebrations.

Independence Day Parade
Time: 11 a.m.
Parade Lineup: 9:30 a.m. at 6th & Montgomery Sts.
Antique and Classic Car Lineup: Parking lot behind McCullough Field
Parade Viewing Area: 4th Street, between Montgomery St. and Cherry Lane

Fireworks
Time: Fireworks begin about 9:15 p.m.
Location: Granville Gude Park. Laurel Lake, Laurel, MD. The Park features a lakehouse with a snackbar, two lakes, picnic pavilions, grills, picnic tables, horseshoe pits, tot-lot, boat dock with paddle boat rentals, 1.25 miles of hiker/biker trails, open play areas and an outdoor stage.
