Bethesda Art Walk: Free Tours of Bethesda Art Galleries

The Bethesda Art Walk, held the second Friday of every month, is a free gallery walk including 14 art galleries and studios that feature painting, sculpture, photography, pottery, jewelry and mixed media. Many galleries change exhibits monthly and hold receptions showcasing the featured artist in conjunction with the Bethesda Art Walk. Patrons are invited to experience the artwork, enjoy free refreshments and shop at these inspiring galleries in downtown Bethesda, Maryland.

2009 Dates and Hours

January 9 (self-guided), February 13 (self-guided), March 13(self-guided), April 10, May 8, June 12, July 10, August 14 (self-guided), September 11, October 9, November 13 (self-guided) and December 11 (self-guided).

Bethesda Art Walk galleries are open from 6-9 p.m. and the tours begin at 6:30 p.m.

Meeting Place

Tours begin at the Bethesda Metro Center, located at the corner of Old Georgetown Road and Wisconsin Avenue.
