Cherry Blossom Cruises Aboard the Odyssey, Spirit of Washington or Capital Elite
March 21-April 7, 2013. Gangplank Marina - 6th & Water Streets, SW. All three ships feature specialty lunch, brunch and dinner sightseeing tours. The glass-enclosed vessel, The Odyssey, offers the opportunity to sample the specially created Chef’s Special Cherry Blossom Centennial dessert. The Spirit of Washington’s lively atmosphere includes live performances and DJ entertainment aboard the ship. For those looking for a purely sightseeing experience, the Capital Elite yacht will offer two 45-minute sightseeing tours each day. On the Cherry Blossom Sightseeing Cruise, guests can enjoy up-close views of the 3,000 cherry blossoms while the ship cruises around Hains Point.

Cherry Blossom River Tours
March 16 - April 14, 2013. Washington Harbour, 3100 K St. NW, Washington DC 20007 (301) 765-0750. Narrated 50 minute river tours takes passengers around the blossoms in West Potomac Park along the monuments and then arrives at the Tidal Basin. Cost: $24/adults and $12/children.
