Seadog Speedboat Cruises Depart from National Harbor

New Speedboat Sightseeing Tours on the Potomac River

Beginning on May 10, 2008, Seadog Cruises will offer speedboat cruises (high speed sightseeing tours) on the Potomac River departing from a new dock at National Harbor, Maryland near Washington, DC. Seadog will offer a 45-Minute Speedboat and Sightseeing Tour including informative descriptions of notable DC area landmarks such as Old Town Alexandria, the Wilson Bridge, Jones Point Lighthouse, Ft. Washington and Mount Vernon. Upbeat music is also a part of the entertainment onboard. The 70-foot open-air speedboat, powered by twin turbo-charged diesel engines that produce 1800 horsepower, travels at speeds up to 32 knots (36.8 mph). The vessel accommodates up to 100 passengers, is handicap accessible and lavatory equipped. A 70-Minute Monument Tour is also available for groups of 20 or more.

Seadog Cruise Schedule

From mid-April through October

Tuesday – Sunday, offered every hour from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Also available on Memorial Day and Labor Day

$20.00 for Adults
$15.00 for Children ages 3 to 11
Military discounts are offered with ID
Discounts apply for groups of 20 or more
