• Cherry Blossom Soccer Tournament
  Date: March 31 - April 1, 2012
  Time: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  Location: JFK Hockey & Soccer Fields - Independence Avenue & 17th Street, SW
  
  Thirty two coed teams of mostly DC area young professionals will compete in a soccer tournament organized and managed by District Sports in association with D.C. United.
  
  
• Cherry Blossom Festival Night at Nationals Park
  Dates: April 17, 2012, 7:05 – 10 pm
  Location: Nationals Park, 1500 South Capitol Street, SE

• Cherry Blossom Sailboat Regatta
  Date: April 21, 2012
  Time: Skippers Meeting at 11:00 am in the Afterdeck Cafe
  Location: Washington Sailing Marina - George Washington parkway, Marina Drive, Alexandria VA
  
  PHRF sailboat regatta organized by the Dangerfield Island Sailing Club, and sponsored by the Washington Sailing Marina and Indigo Landing Restaurant.
  
  
• Cherry Blossom Festival Rugby Tournament
  Date: March 31 - April 1, 2012
  Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  Location: Rosecroft Raceway - 6338 Rosecroft Drive Ft. Washington, MD
  
  More than 40 teams compete in the Invitation-only Rugby Tournament featuring the best teams from across the United States in Men’s club, College Men and Women’s Division, as well as High School teams.
  
  
• Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run and 5K Run-Walk
  Date: April 1, 2012
  Time: 7:45 am - 11:30 am
  Location: Washington Monument Grounds (15th and Jefferson Dr., SW).
  The event includes a 10 Mile Run, 5k Run Walk, and 1k Kids Run. The course crosses Memorial Bridge, continues on Rock Creek Parkway to just past the Kennedy Center, loops the Tidal Basin and circles Hains Point. World-class runners compete for $40,000 in prize money and lead over 12,000 others.
