2011 Update: Due to damage to the building from the August earthquake, Union Station is currently under construction and seasonal decorations are limited. The repairs are expected to take 8 to 10 months.

Model Train Display
This year's holiday train display, sponsored by MTH Electric Trains and Amtrak, features O Gauge trains from the steam and modern eras. Every train uses state-of-the-art electronics to recreate the sounds, lights and smoke of their real-life counterparts. These displays are spread out between two rooms and allow visitors to get up close to see more detail than the displays in prior years. The train show will run from November 22-January 2, 2011.Union Station is located at 50 Massachusetts Avenue, NE., Washington, DC and has a Metro stop on the Red Line. Union Station Retail Hours are Monday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 9:00 pm, Sunday, Noon - 6:00 pm. The Union Station parking garage is open 24 hours.
