Winter Lights is a magical Christmas light display at Seneca Creek State Park in Gaithersburg, Maryland. See more than 350 illuminated displays and along a 3.5-mile drive through the park. Driving through the enchanted forest setting, you will experience an array of displays that light up the night. Themed areas include Winter Woods, Teddy Bear Land, Victorian Village, the North Pole and much more. Winter Lights benefit local charities such as the Dwelling Place, the Friends of Seneca Creek State Park, Hospice Caring, Inc., Identity, and the Shady Grove Adventist Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

$12 per car Monday-Thursday, $14 per car Friday - Sunday. Two dollar discount coupons valid Monday through Thursday only are available at nearby Lakeforest Mall.
Teddy Bears - Up Close and Personal
The Teddy Bear Land will be open for a one-mile stroll on Monday, November 30, 2009. Prefer to ride? You can also see the rest of the light displays that evening in an open air trolley. Bundle
up and bring a blanket to enjoy the 45-minute ride through the show. Please note
that no drive-through traffic will be allowed in the park on November 30.
For City of Gaithersburg residents, admission is $3 per person for either the walk
or the trolley ride. Nonresident admission is $4. Children two and under must ride
in a stroller, and are admitted free for the walk. Trolley seating is limited and
will be on a first come, first served basis.
