NOVA Community College, also known as Northern Virginia Community College and NVCC, has six campuses in the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington DC. It is the largest educational institution in the Commonwealth of Virginia offering 5,000 classes in more than 100 areas of study. NOVA Community College offers 60 two-year degree programs, 39 Certificate Programs, and 55 Career Studies Certificate Programs. Continuing Education/Workforce Development programs provide training in areas such as Architecture & Environmental Design, Computer & Information Systems, Law, and public service related technologies.
