DAR Concert Hall in Washington, DC

DAR Constitution Hall, originally built in 1929 to house the DAR annual convention, today serves as Washington, DC’s largest concert hall featuring concerts, speakers, comedians, operas, film and more. The historic building is registered as a National Historic Landmark and is part of a three-building complex owned and operated by the Daughters of the American Revolution. (Other buildings include the DAR Library and the DAR Museum). Every president since Calvin Coolidge has attended events at DAR Constitution Hall. Throughout the years numerous television events have been hosted here, including the Country Music Association Awards, HBO Specials and the National Sports Awards.

DAR Constitution Hall is located just 2 blocks from the White House, near the Farragut North and Farragut West metro stops. Parking garages are located nearby on New York and Pennsylvania Avenues and 17th and 18th Streets.
