Enjoy family friendly outdoor movies under the stars in Columbia, Maryland. The following films will be shown on Monday and Friday nights, June through September. Movies begin at 8:30 p.m.

June 20 - Moonrise Kingdom. (2012) Rated PG-13. A young couple runs away from their New England town, causing a search party to find them

June 23 - Disney's The Incredibles. (2004) Rated PG. A family of uncover superheroes are forced to save the world.

June 27 - Disney's Saving Mr. Banks.(2013) Rated PG-13. Author P.L. Travers reflects on her childhood after meeting Walt Disney, who wants to turn her Mary Poppins books into a film.

June 30 - Disney's Mary Poppins. Not Rated (1964) A magical nanny comes to work for a banker and his unhappy children.

July 7 - Disney's Monster University. (2013) Rated G. A story about the relationship between Mike and Sulley during their time at Monsters University when they weren’t the best of friends.

July 11- Disney's Frozen. (2013) Rated PG. The story about Princess Anna, who goes on an epic journey of saving the kingdom from her sister Elsa’s curse of trapping the land in an eternal winter.

July 14 - How to Train Your Dragon. (2010) Rated PG. The story about a young Viking who aspires to hunt dragons and unintentionally befriends a young dragon himself, learning that there may be more to the creatures than he assumed.

July 19 - Thor: The Dark World. (2013) Rated PG-13. Jane Foster is possessed by a great power and Thor must protect her from the Dark Elves.

July 21 - Despicable Me 2. (2013) – Rated PG. Gru is recruited by the Anti-Villain League in order to help fight against a powerful new criminal.

July 25 - Iron Man 3. (2013) Rated PG-13. Tony Stark must rebuilt his world when it is torn apart by the terrorist, the Mandarin.

July 28 - Dolphin Tale. (2011) Rated PG. A story about the friendship between a boy and a dolphin who lost his tail during a crab trap.

August 1 - Superman: Man of Steele. (2013) Rated PG-13. A young itinerant worker is forced to confront his secret identity when Earth is invaded by his extrastellar race.

August 4 - Ernest & Celestine. (2012) Rated PG. The story about the relationship between a bear, Ernest, and a mouse named Celestine.

August 8 - Gravity. (2013) Rated PG-13. After their shuttle is destroyed, a medical engineer and an astronaut must team up together in order to survive.

August 11 - Rio. (2011) Rated G. A domesticated macaw named Blu meets an independent Jewel, and goes on an adventure to Rio de Janeiro.

August 15 - Hunger Games: Catching Fire. (2013) Rated PG-13. After their victory of the 74th Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark become targets of the Capitol, which sparks a rebellion in the Districts of Panem.

August 18 - Rio 2. (2014) Rated G. Blu, Jewel, and their three kids move to the wilds of the Amazon. Blu tries to fit in while quarreling with Nigel, and meets his father-in-law.

August 22 - The Hobbit: Unexpected Journey. (2012) Rated PG-13. Bilbo Baggins, a hobbit, goes on a journey to the Lonely Mountain with a group of dwarves to reclaim their home from the dragon Smaug.

August 23 - The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. (2013) Rated PG-13. The dwarves, along with Gandalf the Gray and Bilbo Baggins who possesses a magical ring, continue their journey to reclaim Erebor from Smaug.

August 29 - The Princess Bride. (1987) Rated PG. A grandfather reads to his grandson a classic fairy tale, with swordplay, giants, an evil prince, a beautiful princess.

August 30 - Disney's Wreck it Ralph. (2012) Rated PG. The story about a video game villain who wants to be a hero, but brings havoc to the whole arcade where he lives.

August 31 - The Lego Movie. (2014) Rated PG. A Lego construction worker helps stop an evil tyrant from gluing the Lego universe into eternal stasis.

September 5 - Mr. Peabody and Sherman. (2014) Rated PG. A dog and his adopted son time travel, but have to fix a time rift that they created.

September 6 - The Monuments Men. (2014) Rated PG-13. An unlikely World War II team rescues art masterpieces from Nazi thieves and has to return them to their owners.

September 12 - Muppets Most Wanted. (2014) Rated PG. While on tour, the Muppets become involved with a European jewel heist headed by a Kermit the Frog look-alike.

September 13 - Captain America: The Winter Soldier. (2014) Rated PG-13. Steve Rogers struggles to adapt to the modern world and battles a new threat, the Soviet agent, the Winter Soldier.
