The DC Shorts Film Festival is the Washington, DC area’s only film festival dedicated to showcasing and discussing short films from around the world. The films in this year’s lineup cover a variety of genres: dramas, comedies, animation, sci-fi, documentaries, and creative experimental films. All films are 20 minutes or less. The DC Shorts Film Festival includes 145 films from 23 countries. There will be 18 different showcases screened throughout the week, each featuring approximately two hours of films.
