- Learn to Taste Wine Like a Pro: Learn about why we swish and swirl. This class will sharpen your senses and teach you how to recognize flavors and aroma.
- The Big Six Tasting: Become intimate with the Big Six Grape Varietals comprising 80% of all wines consumed: Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet.
- Cork and Fork: Impress your dinner guests with knowing which wines pair best with which cuisine and why. Learn how to pair wine with food and vice versa.
Dine in an intimate setting at the chef’s table at select restaurants and indulge in a multi-course, wine-paired menu. Reservations are made directly with the restaurant and seating is limited. Participating restaurants include Cafe Normandy; Red Red Wine Bar; The Wild Orchid; Piccola Roma; Sam's on the Waterfront; Middleton Tavern; Maria's Sicilian Restorante, and McGarvey's Saloon and Oyster Bar.
