Annapolis Wine Expo 2013

The Annapolis Wine Expo features wine and food tastings at The Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. A variety of wines will be served at this "indoor wine festival" where guests are encouraged to move between wine stations while tasting their favorite samples of food. Some of the finest Annapolis restaurants will prepare and serve samples of their culinary creations, many of which incorporate local cuisine. In cooperation with Southern Wine and Spirits, over 100 national and international wines to suit every palate will be served. Seminars and "Dining at the Chef's Table" are additional options.

• The Big Six Tasting: Become intimate with the Big Six Grape Varietals comprising 80% of all wines consumed: Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet.
  
  
• Cork and Fork: Impress your dinner guests with knowing which wines pair best with which cuisine and why. Learn how to pair wine with food and vice versa.

Dining at the Chef's Table

Dine in an intimate setting at the chef’s table at select restaurants and indulge in a multi-course, wine-paired menu. Reservations are made directly with the restaurant and seating is limited. Participating restaurants include Cafe Normandy; Red Red Wine Bar; The Wild Orchid; Piccola Roma; Sam's on the Waterfront; Middleton Tavern; Maria's Sicilian Restorante, and McGarvey's Saloon and Oyster Bar.
