Kids Restaurant Week in Washington, DC

Washington DC will launch its first ever Kids Restaurant Week this June with a week of kid-friendly cuisine and fixed-price menus at some of DC’s most popular restaurants. Adults will pay $29 and kids ages 11 and under will pay their age. Participating restaurants will feature early dinner seatings from 5:00-7:00 p.m. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Eastern Market and Miriam’s Kitchen.

Kids Restaurant Week Dates: June 13 – 21, 2009

A kick-off event will be held on June 13th at Eastern Market,(7th Street & North Carolina Avenue, SE Washington, DC) from 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event will include celebrity-chef cooking demonstrations, food tastings with top chefs from participating restaurants and culinary activities for the kids.
