The Chef Demonstration Tent presented by Whole Foods Market, features some of the region’s best chefs showing off their kitchen prowess on Viking’s finest equipment and sharing their tips and tricks for creating culinary masterpieces. The schedule for the day will feature hourly demonstrations with: Chef Todd Gray of Equinox Restaurant (DC) and Salamander Resort & Spa, Chef Maneet Chauhan of Food Network's Chopped and Iron Chef, and former Executive Chef at Vermilion New York & Chicago; Chef Jason Bond of Bondir (Cambridge and Concord, MA); Chef Kaz Okochi of KAZ Sushi Bistro (DC); Chef Bertrand Chemel of 2941 Restaurant (Falls Church); Chef Roberto Donna of Al Dente Ristorante (DC); Chef Aaron McCloud of Cedar (DC)
The Virginia Education Tent will feature celebrated winemakers, sommeliers, and local food producers presenting informative educational sessions for wine novices to experts covering a range of topics on Virginia wine including geographic terroir, varietals, culinary pairings, and more.
