The Alexandria Food & Wine Festival is an annual event that transforms the Carlyle District of Alexandria, Virginia into a lively showcase of local food and wine with a full day of entertainment including music, arts and craft exhibits and children activities. Attendees will be able to sample food and wine from a variety of local restaurants and Virginia’s wineries. Local restaurants will compete for the best appetizer, the best main course and the best dessert. Admission is free, however tickets are required to sample food and wine.

The festival is located just three blocks from the King Street Metro Station and four blocks from the Eisenhower Avenue Metro Station.

Food samples: $15 for 8 taste tickets.
Wine Garden: $10 per person.
Tickets can be purchased on-site on the day of the event. A portion of the festival proceeds will benefit Alive! Inc. - ALexandrians InVolved Ecumenically – an organization of volunteers from more than 40 religious congregations dedicated to helping Alexandrians in need.
