Fitness First Health Clubs offer the latest exercise and gym equipment, as well as Pilates, aerobics, yoga, and spinning classes. There are 16 locations in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Many of the clubs are in close proximity to one another and members are allowed to use the facilities of any of the locations. Childcare services area available.
