Menu items include grilled quail served with creamy polenta, smashed grapes and foie gras sauce; lobster tortelloni served with crushed plum tomatoes, minced chilies and torn basil; caramelized malfatti served with roasted oyster mushrooms, mascarpone cream and herb breadcrumbs as well as rack of lamb served with pine nut crust, glazed baby vegetables and Greek yogurt.
