Baker Park in Frederick, Maryland provides a great vantage point to enjoy the clustered spires, a phrase first used in the Ballad of Barbara Fritchie, by poet, John Greenleaf Whittier.

The 44 acre park is located in Downtown Frederick at Second St. & Carroll Pkwy. Amenities include a carillon, a lake, a public swimming pool, tennis courts, athletic fields and several playgrounds. The park serves as a venue for summer concerts, a children’s theater and many other outdoor events.
