Guide Review - Bistro d'Oc Restaurant Review - Washington, DC

The menu at Bistro d'Oc features authentic French cuisine with an extensive selection of daily specials. The specials menu is brought to the table on a large chalk board. We especially enjoyed the specials that we ordered - the Gazpacho with shrimp was fresh and had just the right amount of spice to it. Also the PEI mussels were a great choice. From the regular menu we also shared the Salmon wrapped in basil & smoked salmon in wheat crepe with bell peppers & eggplant. It was very tasty and a unique combination.

Bistro d'Oc offers offers a variety of French wines and Belgian beers. A three-course pre-theatre menu is available.

The decor at Bistro d'Oc is pretty basic with bright colored walls and dark wood tables and chairs. An expansive bar extends across the dining room. Private rooms are available.
