Bugaboo Creek is a chain steak house restaurant with a Canadian Rockies mountain lodge theme. It's a good destination for the whole family, offering an extensive menu, unique rustic features and animated figures that appeal to children.

Guide Review - Bugaboo Creek Steak House Restaurant Review

The menu at Bugaboo Creek includes traditional bar food type of appetizers like nachos, calamari, chicken wings, and "Bunyan Onions". There are soups and salads, hamburgers, prime cuts of sirloin, T-Bone, ribeye and prime rib, roasted chicken, grilled salmon and a few other seafood dishes. Kids have typical kid meal choices and get an ice cream sandwich for dessert.

Bugaboo Creek has a fun and casual atmosphere. The decor is interesting with a talking tree, talking moose head and various animals decorating the dining room. The food is reasonably well prepared, but nothing unusual.

They overcharged my CC for $ 10,- ..., Member luwigal

and I'm still waiting to get my money back. It happened July 29th, 2011, Bugaboo Creek Gaithersburg, MD. Today is August 10th, I'm still waiting. Have had a bill of about $ 75.49 included tip I rounded up for $ 90.- The day after my CC got charged for $ 100.- Called them immediately and they told me they'll take care of this mistake. Nothing happened. Left first complain at their website on August 1st. Got a call the following day telling me they'll take care of the problem. Nothing happened after. Left a second complain at their website. No response anymore. After 12 days I'm still waiting to get my $ 10 back. Told them that I'll cancel the CC I used this Friday because we move back to Europe and we don't need the US CC anymore. How will they pay back the $ 10 if the card doesn't exit? Where I come from they call it theft. Perhaps my case should warn you what can happen if you trust a good looking restaurant because it looks good. Look behind the scene and open your eyes. Read reviews and place reviews.
