Guide Review - Cadillac Ranch Restaurant Review
This review is based on the location at National Harbor, Maryland. The menu at Cadillac Ranch offers standard fare that you would expect of an "All American Bar and Grill", a variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and main courses such as steaks, chicken, barbecue ribs and meatloaf. We enjoyed a classic house salad topped with Salmon. The salad was nicely prepared with a generous serving of salmon. We also shared the 12 oz. New York Strip which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Cadillac Ranch State Fair Fries were golden brown and tastily seasoned.
The decor is a western theme with a large antler chandelier in the center of the room, a classic Cadillac raised on a podium, hundreds of old license plates on the ceiling and a mechanical riding bull. The restaurant utilizes space poorly. There is a lot of open floor space that could easily accommodate more tables. There is a large bar on the first floor and a second one with extra seating on the upper level. The staff was very responsive and attentive, however the people waiting to be seated did not seem to know that they could wait more comfortably upstairs.
