Guide Review - Tandoori Nights Restaurant Review
The menu includes an appetizing array of signature Indian dishes from Bombay and Goao as well as vegetarian options from the southern part of the region. Signature dishes guests should not miss include potatoes stuffed with cheese and simmered with spices; a grilled whole leg of lamb marinated in a garlic chili paste, ginger and spices; fish cooked in typical Bombay style in a light tomato curry sauce served with tomatoes and onions, as well as an extensive selection of the restaurant namesake- Tandoori.
Reduced milk balls with cardamom served in rose-flavored sugar syrup and rice pudding cooked with milk and topped with nuts, saffron and dried fruits are two of the tempting desserts ideal for completing the dining experience.
Signature cocktails which pair well with the flavorful Indian dishes including the Night’s Margatini made with blue agave patron silver tequila, Cointreau, fresh lemon and lime and shaken to perfection as well as the Mango-Rita made with ice blended with gold tequila, triple sec and velvety smooth mangos.
Both restaurants are decorated with modern, flowing lines and rich, sensual colors. Each location offers patio seating during the summer months. Ask for an outdoor table for a quieter meal.
