The word Zaytinya is Turkish for "olive oil." Zaytina serves mezze, small plates of Greek, Turkish and Lebanese cuisine. The restaurant is a good place to socialize and taste a variety of cuisine. The extensive menu includes a wide variety of dishes, including soups and salads, spreads, cheeses, vegetable mezze, seafood mezze, and meat and poultry mezze. Recommended dishes include chilled swordfish marinato, turkish braised lambshank with eggplant, butternut squash puree in pyllo, crab cakes with shaved fennel and flaming cheese with oyster, shiitake and cremini mushrooms.

The 200-seat restaurant has high ceilings, big picture windows, a 50-seat bar, a mezzanine with seating for private parties and outdoor dining space for about 75 people.
