Cherry Blossoms at Night - Pictures of the Tidal Basin in Washington, DC

The Cherry Blossoms on the Tidal Basin are in full bloom for a very short period each spring. During the day, hundreds of thousands of visitors flock to the area to see the beautiful trees. At night, the cherry blossoms are also beautiful and the area is much quieter. The visual vantage point is limited at night but there are some areas that are well lit. These pictures were taken at 11 p.m. with an extended time exposure which brightens the photograph. Some of them are pretty cool so enjoy!
