Each January, thousands of brave souls, participate in the Polar Bear Plunge and take a dip in the wintry waters of the Chesapeake Bay to raise money for Special Olympics Maryland. The event includes a festival with live entertainment, food and drink. The following pictures show a glimpse of the event.
