Gaithersburg Summer Entertainment Schedule

The City of Gaithersburg hosts nearly 50 family-friendly free performances as part of its summer entertainment series. From a Beatles Tribute Band to a musical zoo to outdoor movies and backyard concerts, the On Stage series brings summer fun to Gaithersburg, Maryland. All outdoor performances are free. Following is the 2012 schedule:

Entertainers sing, dance and captivate audiences with gospel music and dance, funk, bluegrass, swing, choral sing-a-longs, variety bands, and much more.

June 1, 7 - 8:45 p.m. - Beach Bumz Concert -Tribute to Jimmy Buffet

June 2, 3:30 - 8:30 pm - Jubilation Day - Celebration of Gospel Music featuring Jay Caldwell & the Gospel Ambassadors also regional and local entertainers

June 7, 10:30 a.m. - Noon - Eric Energy Show - Science show geared to Pre-K & up

June 4, 10:30 a m. - Noon - John Henry England

June 15, 5 - 9 p.m. - Family Fun Night - School's Out Hoopla!
