Taste of Bethesda 2012

At the annual Taste of Bethesda, you’ll get to sample the foods of 55 restaurants, enjoy five stages of live entertainment and visit the kids’ corner for arts & crafts, face painting and balloons. The 2012 event will give you the opportunity to welcome and check out ten new restaurants that have recently opened in Downtown Bethesda: Blues & Jazz Supper Club, Box Bar & Grill, Freddy’s Lobster, Kraze Burgers, Luke’s Lobster, The Majestic Bar & Grill, Nando’s Per-Peri, Panas Gourmet Empanadas, Purée Artisan Juice Bar and Tandoori Nights.

Parking
Free parking is available in downtown Bethesda's public garages. Parking garages closest to the event can be found on Del Ray, Auburn, Cordell and St. Elmo Avenues; and at the corners of Old Georgetown Road and Woodmont Avenue, Woodmont Avenue and Edgemoor Lane, and Wisconsin Avenue and Cheltenham Road. The free Bethesda Circulator will transport visitors to and from the Bethesda Metro station and public garages.

Admission
Free. Taste tickets are sold on-site in bundles of four tickets for $5. Each food serving costs one to three tickets.

Cuisine
Indian, Thai, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Mexican and more as well as seafood, burgers, fries, steak and pizza that will be complemented by cookies, cupcakes, ice cream and coffee drinks.
