Montgomery County Fairgrounds – Gaithersburg, Maryland

The Montgomery County Fairgrounds were created in 1949 with the construction of 12 outbuildings to house the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair, a community event for 4-H members to showcase their prize livestock and agricultural projects. Today, The Montgomery County Fairgrounds has 42 buildings and the facilities are rented year round to businesses and community organizations for shows and special events. Some of the major annual events include: The Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Gaithersburg, Maryland are owned and operated by the Montgomery County Agricultural Center, Inc., a private, non-profit organization. The Montgomery County Fairground facilities recruits thousands of volunteers to run concession stands, serve banquets and serve as committee members for various events. Directions to Main Entrance at Perry Parkway

From I-270 - take Exit 11 (Montgomery Village/Fairgrounds) At next light make a right onto Route 355 South; make a right onto Perry Parkway; Fairground entrance is on the left.

Directions to Main Office and Chestnut Street Entrance

Follow directions above and go past Perry Parkway and Odenhal Rd. Turn right at the next light, at Chestnut St. Go through traffic light and make your next right behind the Standard Supplies Building.
