The Legg Mason Tennis Classic is a US Open Series Event with competitions including 48 singles and 16 doubles teams. The world class tennis event benefits the Washington Tennis & Education Foundation (WTEF), a non-profit organization that strives to improve the life of Washington, DC area youths through tennis, educational and community-based activities.

The 7,500 seat tennis center, also known as Rock Creek Tennis Center, is located at Rock Creek Park, a division of the National Park Service.

Parking
Parking for the Legg Mason Tennis Classic is very limited at the tennis center itself, so it is recommended that spectators take Metro to the Van Ness UDC station. Free shuttle service will operate every 10-12 minutes beginning one hour prior to the start of matches and will run until one hour after the last match. You may also park at the Van Ness UDC metro station and ride the free shuttle buses.
