The National Park Service offers a variety of FREE cherry blossom tours during the National Cherry Blossom Festival. Park rangers will lead the following tours.

Bloomin’ Junior Ranger Programs
Times: 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Meeting Place: Tidal Basin Welcome Area (near the paddle boats) - 1500 Maine Ave, SW See a map
Kids of all ages will create American and Japanese arts and crafts.

Lantern Tours
Times: 8:00—10:00 p.m. Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Meeting Place: Tidal Basin Welcome Tent near the paddle boats. See a map
See the cherry blossoms at night by Japanese lantern light!

National Park Service Ranger Talks
Times: Daily, 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Meeting Place: Tidal Basin at the Entrance of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial & Thomas Jefferson Memorial Welcome Tent. See a map
Join a Park Ranger and learn about the many varieties of cherry trees and their cultural and natural history. Programs last 20 to 60 minutes.
