The Capital Wine Festival is a two-month long festival in Washington DC that brings together winemakers and wine enthusiasts to celebrate great wine from around the globe paired with seasonal cuisine. The event kicks-off with a Grand Opening Reception featuring more than 45 wines from Oregon, Italy, and California and cuisine created to enhance both wine and food. The Capital Wine Festival continues with a series of eight intimate wine dinners hosted by the winemakers and proprietors of each participating winery.
